Job Overview

Elemnta is seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. This is a full-time position that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as experience in software testing and quality assurance.

As a Quality Assurance Engineer at Elemnta, you will be responsible for designing and executing E2E test scenarios, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and identifying, documenting, and tracking software defects.

The ideal candidate will have a background in I.T., excellent communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities
  • Test Requirements and Acceptance Criteria: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Design and Execute E2E Test Scenarios: Design and execute E2E test scenarios that cover all aspects of the application, from front-end UI interactions to back-end integrations.
  • Software Defect Identification and Tracking: Identify, document, and track software defects, ensuring they are properly reported and resolved.
  • Root Cause Analysis: Conduct thorough root cause analysis to identify underlying problems and propose effective solutions.
  • Test Result Analysis: Monitor and analyze test results, providing clear and concise reports to stakeholders, including identified issues and recommendations for improvements.

Requirements
  • Background: Background in I.T.
  • Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, strong analytical mindset, effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience: Minimum 4 years of web application testing experience and proven experience across the testing lifecycle.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
