  • Business Acumen & Analysis
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive reporting packs for senior leadership, utilizing data insights to inform business decisions.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to design and implement self-serve analytics tools, driving efficiency and accuracy across the organization.
  • Collect and analyze productivity metrics, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement through proactive data analysis.
  • Build and maintain real-time dashboards using advanced SQL, BI platforms, and Google Sheets integration.
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency by enforcing compliance, accuracy, and timeliness standards.
  • Maintain process documentation and KPI definitions to support scalable reporting solutions.
  • Optimize reporting workflows for speed, reusability, and scalability across multiple business units.
  • Leverage automation tools (Zapier, APIs, Apps Script) to streamline manual processes and reduce errors.
  • Perform regular audits and database cleanups to ensure data quality.
    • System Architecture & Development
    • Design and maintain CRM and project management automations across various platforms, including Salesforce, HubSpot, and ClickUp.
    • Develop and integrate Python and Java scripts to connect disparate data systems, automate workflows, and support new business use cases.
    • Establish API connections to synchronize data between CRMs, BI tools, and spreadsheets.
    • Lead integration projects from requirements gathering to deployment, ensuring seamless execution.
    • Collaborate with on-site and offshore teams to capture requirements, troubleshoot issues, and drive alignment.
      • Process Improvement & Training
      • Standardize and document processes to ensure consistent, scalable, and repeatable reporting and automation workflows.
      • Identify opportunities for cross-platform integrations and workflow optimization to enhance efficiency and reduce manual work.
      • Train stakeholders on advanced analytics tools, dashboards, and self-serve reporting systems to drive adoption and accuracy.
        • AI & Workflow Optimization
        • Apply AI tools to accelerate reporting, documentation, and process automation, reducing manual effort and improving accuracy.
