About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Professional to join our team at Newcore Industries International Incorporated.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for taking the lead in bid proposal preparation, developing deliverable lists, timelines for BOQ (Bill Of Quantity) preparation, submission requirements and responsibilities, and final package submission. Additionally, they will participate in conceptualizing and implementing marketing campaigns across various media platforms, organizing marketing events and activities such as product launches, media announcements, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Lead the preparation of bid proposals, ensuring timely submission and accuracy of deliverables.
  • Conceptualize and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and print advertising.
  • Organize and coordinate marketing events, product launches, and media announcements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A college degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in marketing or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with experience creating charts, spreadsheets, and databases.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to tailor presentations to diverse audiences.
Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this position is between $65,000 and $90,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
