Job Summary
The Fulfillment Supervisor oversees daily warehouse operations, ensuring smooth order processing and accurate delivery preparation. This role manages Team Leads and staff, reporting directly to the Warehouse Operations Manager.

Main Responsibilities:
Fulfillment Operations
• Monitor and ensure quality of pick pack output
• Resolve day-to-day operational issues
• Implement Standard Operating Procedures in fulfillment operations
• Delegate tasks to PSP staff as needed

Inventory Management
• Collaborate with RSC Inventory Personnel on systematic replenishment planning for adequate stock levels
• Recommend SKU rationalization for suggestive selling or deletion
• Conduct cycle counts and inventory activities
• Perform stock corrections with Warehouse Operations Manager approval

People Management
• Oversee daily schedules and attendance
• Supervise, train, and motivate personnel in fulfillment operations
• Impose disciplinary actions for violations
• Ensure proper deployment of manpower

Admin/Reportorial Requirements
• Prepare reports on OOS, Pick-Pack issues, and other relevant metrics
• Facilitate POS transactions before dispatch and after returns

Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Operations Management or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, supply chain management, and inventory control
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Google Drive), database applications

Salary Information:
Php 18,000/month plus incentives
