Operations Director

We are seeking an experienced Production Engineer Team Leader to join our team at RCN PH - Neo Career Group. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting the execution of our production plan, ensuring operator compliance with standards, company policies, rules, and regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide specific instructions to operators/production personnel to ensure effective execution of the production plan.
• Monitor and enforce adherence to standards, company policies, rules, and regulations to meet section KPIs within allocated process/area of responsibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and optimize production efficiency.
• Foster a culture of discipline, strong leadership, and people management skills to inspire high-performing teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a production leadership role.
• Strong understanding of production processes, including quality control, safety protocols, and inventory management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
