Operations Director

iCareerup, Inc. is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead our manufacturing team.

We are looking for a skilled and strategic leader who can oversee the production process, ensure quality control, and drive efficiency improvements.

• Manage production teams to meet deadlines and targets
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs
• Maintain high-quality standards throughout the production process
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A degree in any Engineering field
• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Manager
• A minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in Production
• Strong knowledge of Manufacturing and Engineering principles
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
