
Zakelijke Customer Journey Specialist

Als specialist in customer journey ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de optimalisatie van het proces voor zakelijke financieringen. Je werkt nauw samen met het Remote Sales team om de digitale omzet te stimuleren.
Jouw analytische skills worden sterk benut door data-inzichten te leveren die helpen bij het maken van beslissingen. Je bent een expert op het gebied van customer journey en brengt ervaring mee om dit project succesvol te realiseren.
Het Remote Sales team is gevestigd in het PST, waar drie teams samenwerken: intermediairspropositie, marketing en remote sales. Als lid van deze teams zul je regelmatig contact hebben met collega's uit andere afdelingen.
Bij dit project gaan we uit van een volledige funnel-optimalisatie en -analyse. Jij bent de spil die data-gegevens ophaalt, interpreteert en verduidelijkt. Hierdoor kun je als organisatie beter gefundeerde beslissingen nemen.
Je hebt ruimte om eigen initiatieven te nemen en creatieve manieren om nieuwe kansen te creëren die jou en het team helpen.
Als persoon ken je jezelf goed en voel je je comfortabel met deelnemen aan discussies en brainstormsessies. Jouw communicatieve vaardigheden zijn bovengemiddeld en kun je makkelijk heldere en concreet vertalen naar anderen.
