Key Responsibilities

  1. This position involves performing routine maintenance and repairs on our fleet vehicles.
  2. Diagnostics and troubleshooting are also key responsibilities in this role.
  3. Conducting safety and performance assessments, including road testing vehicles post-repair, is also essential.
  4. This role also involves providing roadside assistance for emergency mechanical breakdowns.
  5. Maintaining adherence to safety protocols and compliance with automotive industry standards is also necessary.
  6. Working closely with the fleet R&M team to support fleet efficiency and reliability is also an important part of this role.

Requirements

  1. A degree in Automotive is highly preferred.
  2. Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience as an automotive mechanic or equivalent experience.
  3. NCI or NCII certification is required.
  4. Strong diagnostic, mechanical, and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
  5. Knowledge of preventive maintenance services (PMS) and vehicle troubleshooting is also necessary.
  6. Ability to use diagnostic tools and equipment is a must.
  7. Familiarity with safety protocols and standard repair procedures is also required.
  8. Physical fitness and ability to handle mechanical tasks are also essential qualities for this role.
  9. A willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed, is also necessary.
  10. Team player with a proactive attitude is highly valued.
