We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Technical Support Specialist. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

This is a project-based opportunity that requires providing outstanding customer service and support to customers. The Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for resolving technical issues and escalating complex problems to the appropriate department.

The ideal candidate will have more than 1 year of technical support experience and excellent English communication skills (oral and written). They should also be open to flexible or shifting schedules to support our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner
• Providing technical support and assistance to customers in a courteous and effective manner
• Resolving customer issues and escalating complex problems to the appropriate department

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• More than 1 year of technical support experience
• Excellent English communication skills (oral and written)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail
• Basic technical support background
• Experience in answering chats, emails, and calls
