We are seeking a seasoned Engineering Director to spearhead our engineering operations.

About the Role

This key position will oversee all aspects of engineering, encompassing construction, repairs, maintenance, and technical project management. A strong leader with expertise in developing and implementing engineering systems, processes, and policies is required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Construction and Renovation Projects:
    • Ensure projects meet agreed quality standards, timelines, and budgets.
  • Repair and Maintenance:
    • Collaborate with Operations and third-party contractors to meet engineering SLA requirements.
    • Provide monthly updates on projects and engineering performance metrics.
  • Policy and Systems:
    • Implement a formal computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
    • Track engineering tickets and performance metrics.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum ten years of experience in all aspects of engineering, including administration, construction, repairs, and technical project management.
  • Currently at a senior manager level, managing a team of at least five direct reports.
  • Strong communication, presentation, leadership, and people-management skills.
  • Proven ability to deliver exceptional performance with minimal supervision while managing multiple projects.
