Job Title

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper and Administrative Assistant to support our real estate operations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Financial Management: Maintain accurate financial records, reconcile QuickBooks Online files for three companies, and manage billing processes.
  • Data Maintenance: Keep detailed transaction and agent spreadsheets up-to-date.
  • Compliance Oversight: Ensure compliance with regulations by auditing real estate contracts.
  • Administrative Support: Coordinate vendor schedules, direct calls on the company phone line, and perform general administrative tasks.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bookkeeping Expertise: Minimum of 3–5 years of proven experience with QuickBooks Online.
  • Financial Knowledge: Thorough understanding of U.S. tax laws.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
