Construction Project Estimator

About the Role:

The Construction Project Estimator plays a vital part in our organization, requiring a detail-oriented and experienced professional to manage project estimates and ensure accuracy. The ideal candidate will perform detailed takeoffs based on drawings, coordinate with teams to meet project requirements, and assemble full estimates for each project.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough takeoffs based on received drawings.
  • Coordinate with teams to ensure timely responses to RFPs.
  • Assemble comprehensive estimates for each project with precision.
  • Incorporate updates and changes based on revised drawings.
  • Manage multiple projects efficiently while maintaining high-quality work.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an estimator or in a similar role.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience with project management tools is preferred.
