Retail Store Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor to lead our team in Murcia Negros Occidental.

This is a full-time position responsible for driving sales growth, managing daily operations, and maintaining a clean and safe store environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to recruit, train, and coach employees.

• Drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets
• Manage day-to-day store operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising
• Lead a team of employees, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment
• Implement loss prevention measures to minimize shrinkage
• Analyze sales data and develop strategies to improve sales performance
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Assistant Branch Manager/Branch Manager

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably as a supervisor or above
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and work in a fast-paced environment
