Job Opportunity

The Restaurant Manager is responsible for driving store business success, focusing on sales growth, customer satisfaction, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Leadership: Oversee daily sales operations to meet targets and optimize profitability.
  • Customer Experience: Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Team Management: Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team to achieve business objectives.
  • Store Operations: Ensure compliance with company standards, assess operational improvements, and drive sales growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Food, Hotel, and Restaurant Management or Administration, preferred.
  • A minimum of 3-4 years of leadership experience in the service industry, preferably in retail, hotel, restaurant, or quick service restaurant settings.
  • Excellent customer management skills, enabling effective decision-making and action-taking to meet customer needs.
  • Strong people management capabilities, including coaching, developing, and supervising a team.
  • Knowledge of basic store operations, with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement, ensure compliance with defined standards, drive sales, and optimize profitability.
