We are looking for a talented HR Data Analyst to join our team at Remote VA. This role requires a strong background in data analysis and interpretation, as well as excellent communication skills to present data insights effectively to stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate will collect and analyze HR data from various sources, develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports, and collaborate with HR and other departments to identify trends and provide actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. HR Data Analysis: Collect and analyze HR data from various sources to support business objectives.
  2. Dashboard Development: Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports to track key metrics such as employee turnover, engagement, and performance.
  3. Trend Analysis: Identify trends and provide actionable insights to drive business growth.
  4. Data Integrity: Ensure data accuracy and integrity by conducting regular audits and validations.
  5. Recommendations: Provide data-driven recommendations to support HR initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex data sets.
  • Effective Communication: Excellent communication skills to present data insights effectively to stakeholders.
  • HRIS Experience: Experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
