Job Title: Creative Visionary

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Creative Production Manager to lead the development and execution of visual and creative assets for our company. A significant part of this role involves hands-on creation of creative assets for emails, website content, paid and organic social media, and other marketing initiatives.

  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects and coordinating creative teams to successful outcomes.
  • They will be responsible for overseeing the production workflow, managing a team of graphic designers and creators, and acting as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders, including marketing partners, to ensure all assets align with brand standards and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Creative Asset Development: Actively create compelling visual assets, including graphics, videos, email creatives, social media content, and website materials.
  • Project Management: Oversee the entire creative production process, from ideation to execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
  • Team Leadership & Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (marketing, content, and design) and external consultants to produce high-quality creative assets.
  • Feedback & Revisions: Collect feedback from stakeholders and iterate on creative assets to improve engagement and effectiveness.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Project Management, Creative Arts, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production management role within a creative or digital marketing environment.
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects and coordinating creative teams to successful outcomes.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, adept at navigating diverse team dynamics and stakeholder relationships.
