Accounting Leadership Role

At our organization, we are seeking a detail-oriented and driven accounting professional to join our shared services group.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Manage tax compliance and financial reporting across the organization.
  • Support audits through documentation and coordination.
  • Supervise accounting staff and ensure alignment with company policies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve financial excellence.
Performance Metrics
  • 100% on-time and accurate tax and regulatory filings.
  • Timely provision of accurate financial statements.
  • Maintenance of minimal audit findings.
  • Deliver reports on time to support business decisions.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science in Accountancy degree.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in general accounting or related fields.
  • Strong knowledge of PH tax laws and PEZA regulations.
  • Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
