Job Description:

As a pivotal member of our organization, the PLM Analyst plays a crucial role in overseeing system operations, spec and BOM creation for 140+ live and 200+ legacy products across various channels.

The successful candidate will be responsible for acting as the primary gatekeeper of item data, ensuring clean handoff between external parties and internal teams, and collaborating with key stakeholders to guarantee all product records meet commercialization and certification requirements.

This is a fully remote position that requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with PLM platforms, a strong grasp of product hierarchy, BOMs, and revision management, as well as excellent time zone fit with ability to overlap with U.S. east coast mornings for 3-4 hours per day.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in PLM preferred, tech pack creation, or product operations
  • Strong Excel skills, including lookup logic and data cleaning
  • Familiarity with NetSuite or ERP platforms
