We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hospitality Sales Associate to join our team at ANR Unlimited Multi-Purpose Cooperative. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified individual who is passionate about sales and customer service.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and results-driven Hospitality Sales Associate who can effectively communicate with customers, promote our products and services, and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and meet or exceed sales targets.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position responsible for generating new business leads, building relationships with existing clients, and identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling. The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a dynamic environment, communicating complex information to clients, and handling objections in a professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business leads through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts
  • BUILD strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication, site visits, and follow-up calls
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling by analyzing client needs and preferences
  • Develop and execute customized sales strategies to meet client objectives and increase revenue
  • Communicate complex product information to clients in a clear and concise manner
  • Handle objections and concerns in a professional and timely manner

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

4 years of relevant experience in hospitality or sales, preferably in a related field such as tourism or hotel managementFemale candidates only (due to specific requirements)A high school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and meet or exceed sales targetsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and Google SuiteWillngness to deploy to Old Balara, Q.C.
