Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Compliance Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in security technologies and be able to communicate effectively with clients and internal audiences.

The analyst will work directly with clients to understand their operations and tailor security policies and procedures. They will also serve as a subject matter expert on our security education platform and design and deploy phishing tests for clients regularly.

Responsibilities include assisting vCISOs in executing elements and projects within a security program, working directly with clients to understand their operations and tailor security policies and procedures, serving as a subject matter expert on our security education platform, designing and deploying phishing tests for clients regularly, providing compliance audit readiness support as required, provisioning, implementing, and managing Vanta or a similar GRC platform for clients, building new tools and techniques to compress human-intensive tasks, documenting best practice procedures for commonly used technologies, identifying system misconfigurations and drawing up recommendations for clients, capturing regular metrics highlighting key activities and blockers, and supporting the design and development of our service offerings.

Qualifications include 1-2 years of experience in Security Technologies or related fields, external-facing client experience, ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal audiences, understanding of cybersecurity domains, including Security Operations and Information Risk Management, articulate secure best practices of various aspects of information risk management, strong communication skills: perform summarization and commonality detection, ability to quickly learn and adapt security best practices.

Nice to have qualifications include intermediate coding/scripting skills to help automate processes, familiarity with technical system access controls, ability to provide on-the-job training and knowledge sharing, solid sense of integrity and identification with the mission.
