Senior Software Developer

We're seeking a skilled developer to join our Information Systems team. As a key member of the team, you will play a dynamic role in modernizing customer interactions and integrating analytics, business intelligence, and AI into decision-making processes.

">Key Responsibilities
  • Create/Develop applications supporting US operations
  • Provide application support and assist the US operations
  • Adopt US segment code scanning capabilities and the DevSecOps pipeline
  • Develop or acquire targeted training for development teams in secure coding and other security practices
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related fields
  • Proficiency with .net, C#, node js, react, java, javascript, Angular JS, MS bot framework, Microsoft Azure
  • At least 2 years of experience and ability to manage multiple work streams in a time-sensitive environment
  • Strategic thinker focused on digital enhancements, AI, machine learning, and customer satisfaction
  • Amenable to work in Quezon City and adapt to hybrid working arrangements
  • Flexible and able to work in any shift schedule assigned
Preferred Qualifications
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to adapt style to suit different audiences
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Experience with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, or Hugging Face Transformers
  • Understanding of supervised/unsupervised learning, NLP, OCR, and transformer models
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as needed
