Controller - Remote/Worldwide Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Controller to join our leadership team.

About the Role
  • This is a high-level finance position that oversees all aspects of financial operations, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Payroll management.
  • The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in financial management, reporting, and analysis, with the ability to drive financial strategy and provide executive-level insights to support business growth and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive financial statements, management reports, and board-level presentations.
  • Develop and maintain robust financial controls, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Provide strategic financial analysis and recommendations to executive leadership.
  • Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes, including variance analysis and performance metrics.
  • Develop sophisticated financial models and pro forma analyses for business initiatives, product launches, and strategic investments.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
  • Minimum 7-10 years of progressive accounting and finance experience.
  • At least 3-5 years in a Controller or senior financial management role.
