Compliance and Tax Strategy Manager

The organization seeks a seasoned Tax Compliance and Strategy Manager to oversee the tax affairs of the organization. This key role will ensure maximum compliance with relevant taxation laws and organizational policies and procedures relative to taxation, while managing all tax disputes.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develop Strategic Tax Solutions
  • Ensure Tax Compliance
  • Provide Tax Guidance
  • Manage Tax Audits and Disputes
  • Stay Informed on Tax Legislation Changes
  • Coordinate with Finance and Legal Departments
  • Communicate Tax-Related Issues to Senior Management
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science in Accountancy degree
  • At least five years of work experience focusing on taxation compliance and audits
  • Retail industry knowledge is advantageous
  • Certified Public Accountant certification
