Job Description

The Safety and Security Team Member plays a crucial role in maintaining the safety and security of NUSTAR Resort's premises.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor CCTV cameras to observe and respond to suspicious behavior or security breaches.
  • Allocate resources and tasks effectively by responding to telephone and radio requests, monitoring task progression, and recording relevant information.
  • Acknowledge, respond, and record alarms within the designated timeframe.
  • Maintain the Security Access System.
  • C coordinate emergency communications and ensure effective communication between team members.
  • Maintain and monitor radios and other equipment to ensure seamless operations.
  • Provide assistance and support to security operations as needed.
  • Assist in training new Control Room Officers.
  • Perform additional tasks as required.
  • Conduct administrative duties including report compilation and statistics analysis.
  • Exhibit proactive leadership in adhering to Health and Safety policies and procedures.
