About the Role:

Aleph Talent Solutions Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Director to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing strategic financial leadership and direction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit accurate financial statements in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Budgeting and Cost Control: Develop and manage annual budgets, identify cost-reduction opportunities, and implement effective cost management strategies.
  • Cash Flow and Treasury Management: Maintain adequate liquidity, manage cash flow effectively, and ensure timely management of payables and receivables.
  • Risk Management and Internal Control: Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets, identify financial risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
  • External Audit Management: Coordinate with auditors, ensure smooth external audits, resolve audit findings, and implement recommendations.
  • Strategic Financial Analysis: Provide financial analyses to support business decisions and growth initiatives, evaluate investments and strategic projects.
  • Leadership and Development: Lead, develop, and motivate finance staff, provide regular feedback, training, and support.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Deep understanding of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS), IFRS, and local taxation, proficient in financial reporting, internal controls, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Skills: Skilled in budget planning, financial modeling, cost management, proficient in using accounting and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Microsoft), familiarity with financial analysis and forecasting tools (Excel, Power BI).
