Remote Customer Service Representative

To be successful in this role, you will need strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Prior call center experience and a reliable high-speed internet connection are also essential.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally and efficiently.
  2. Resolve customer issues promptly through effective problem-solving.
  3. Research and retrieve relevant information to support customer needs.
  4. Document interactions accurately and process claims efficiently.
  5. Guide customers through available options to find the best solutions.
  6. Adhere to scripts, policies, and procedures while utilizing available resources.
  7. Protect customer confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
  8. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members.
  9. Stay up-to-date with training, updates, and program knowledge.
  10. Maintain consistent attendance and adhere to scheduling requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous call center experience
  • Work-from-home experience
  • Strong command of the English language
  • Typing speed of 20+ WPM
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems
  • Skilled in troubleshooting and follow-up
  • Able to multitask and self-manage effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
