We are seeking an experienced financial professional to fill the role of Property Accountant. This key position involves overseeing the financial operations of our properties, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare comprehensive financial statements and reports for review.
  • Monitor accounts receivable and payable, as well as bank reconciliations.
  • Provide regular budget analysis and variance reporting.
  • Maintain up-to-date general ledger records and ensure data integrity.
  • Support audit processes and maintain regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
  • CPA license is highly beneficial.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant accounting experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel required.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail essential.
