The Health and Wellness Coordinator plays a crucial role in facilitating requests from clients for Annual Physical Exam, Pre-employment Physical Exam, and Out-Patient Executive Check Ups at AVEGA accredited clinics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinates with corporate account officers, intermediaries, and select clients to schedule and facilitate requests for physical exams and check-ups.
  • Verifies member eligibility for benefits based on agreed parameters and communicates ineligible status to clients through the Account Management Group or intermediaries.
  • Endorses and confirms requests to accredited facilities, account management group, intermediaries, and clients, ensuring timely release of results and monitoring soft copies of exam results.
