Discover a challenging role as Real Time Performance Manager where you will oversee service levels for various internal and external locations, lines of business, and products. You will communicate performance metrics to interested parties in a timely manner.

  • Update and process data for real-time performance analysis.
  • Obtain quantifiable performance figures to make critical recommendations addressing account performance issues.
  • Manage the queue for Operations against service level attainment.
  • Proactively respond to queue activity with action plans through continuous communication with Operations Management.
  • Cascade vital information to key decision-makers regarding account performance.
  • Escalate relevant performance information to Management and document major incidents properly.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent with minimum 1 year WFM or related experience. Strong internet connection required to support online systems and applications.

Ability to see, talk, and hear to communicate verbally and in writing. Ability to operate computer/laptop and headset.

Perform duties while sitting and/or standing for prolonged periods. Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills required.

Decisiveness and attention to detail essential.

Proficiency with necessary technology including computers, software applications, and phone systems.
