Lead Generation Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Lead Generation Media Buyer to join our marketing agency.

Your mission is to run high-performing paid ad campaigns on Google, Meta, and TikTok to generate qualified leads for real estate funnels. This is a performance-driven role where you will be measured on CPL, MQL, SQL, and ROI.

Key Responsibilities
  • Launch, manage, and scale campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads.
  • Optimize campaigns daily to hit lead and revenue targets.
  • Run A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, and targeting.
  • Collaborate with design and copy teams to brief and test high-converting ads.
  • Monitor funnel performance metrics (Leads → MQL → SQL → Sales).
  • Report weekly with insights, not just numbers — what worked, what didn't, what's next.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in performance marketing & lead generation, not just boosting posts.
  • Hands-on with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Google Ads.
  • Experience with real estate or other high-ticket industries is a strong plus.
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset — you can explain why CPL went up or down, not just notice it.
  • Full-time availability: Mon–Fri, 10 AM–6 PM Dubai time.
