Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Email Marketing QA Lead. This individual will play a critical part in ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and performance of lifecycle marketing efforts.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing task assignments across multiple teams, performing QA reviews of CRM campaign assets, and maintaining QA documentation and compliance protocols.

This is a remote role that requires availability during U.S. EST hours and offers a range of benefits including attendance bonuses, performance bonuses, and referral incentives.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage task assignments across multiple teams
  • Perform QA reviews of CRM campaign assets
  • Maintain QA documentation and compliance protocols
  • Lead weekly reporting on QA metrics and work queue health
  • Support recurring audits
Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in CRM operations, email QA, or campaign compliance roles
  • Proven ability to coordinate task assignments across a team
  • Intermediate to advanced experience with CRM/marketing technology tools
  • Experience maintaining QA documentation, compliance protocols, and campaign opt-out/pixel/tag governance
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, and JIRA or equivalent task tools
