About the Job

The Service Desk Analyst role at Arch Global Services (Philippines) Inc. is an exciting opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

This person will provide end-user support in creating documentation for recurring tasks as well as assisting the team in setting up user accounts.

Under defined processes and procedures, this person will diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve basic and moderate technical problems.

Responsibilities and Requirements
  • Provide Day-to-Day Support: Perform day-to-day support work for the company's end users.
  • Manage User Accounts: Create and delete user accounts.
  • Support Ad-Hoc Projects: Assist with ad-hoc projects and backup support for the US Support team.
Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent customer service skills, experience with virtual machines and Citrix, knowledge of Windows 7/10, and strong analytical skills, spreadsheet skills, and business problem-solving skills.

You should also have excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills, detail-oriented, and efficient documentation skills.

A basic understanding of IT and insurance terminology is preferred.

In addition, you should be able to work well independently and as part of a team.
