Job Description:

This role focuses on delivering Access Management services to empower employees. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless access to company systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You'll be the primary point of contact for Access Management tickets raised in our IT Service Desk
  • Implement Access Management Controls on new and existing Third-Party SaaS systems (SSO, Authentication, Authorization, Role-Based Access, Identity Lifecycle, User Access reviews)
  • Work closely with the team to escalate problems to the appropriate staff
  • Write clear and comprehensive documentation, and share knowledge with the team

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should have at least 2 years of experience in Okta administration, preferably across Identity Lifecycle Management, Authentication, Access Control, Authorization, or Access Requests. You should also have technical knowledge of app integration protocols such as SCIM, SAML, and OIDC.
