Benefits Management Role

WTW is seeking a seasoned Global Benefits Management Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating global and regional benefits for our clients, while maintaining their benefits databases.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will possess excellent project management skills, business acumen, and strong analytical thinking abilities. A background in global benefits and brokerage work is highly valued.
Key Responsibilities- Enhance the technical knowledge of benefits plans around the world.
- Understand and support the effective management of global and regional projects.
- Develop data, process, and project management skills.
- Implementation and Data Collection: Coordinate the GBM technology setup and track the initial inventory of benefit policies.
- Ongoing Data Inventory: Stay on top of renewals, ensure troubleshooting issues are escalated, and maintain accurate information in internal tools.
- Project Management: Provide internal project management support, conduct high-level consistency reviews of client deliverables, and assist with client meetings.
- Polling Support: Collect pooling data to update internal tools and report.
- Non-Specific Client Support: Provide assistance in areas like training, ensuring best practices, and budget management.
- Work with the client team to ensure tasks are completed on time and meet quality standards.
- Respond to all requests and communications effectively and efficiently.
- Foster professional excellence standards and agreed processes to deliver high-quality results based on stakeholder requirements.
- Monitor project progress, develop solutions for overcoming obstacles.
- Manage own time and others' effectively, meet deadlines, delegate work, and assist in training associates.
- Apply and ensure others follow practice-specific technology to provide high-quality services to internal and external Willis Towers Watson clients.
- Increase efficiency within client teams by identifying client objectives and ways to improve processes.
- Perform and review data and processing work using agreed-upon tools, standards, and techniques.
- Demonstrate significant attention to detail.
- Provide input on product, process improvements, and professional excellence standards.
- Demonstrate knowledge of the suite of Willis Towers Watson's tools and MS Office.
- Understand how to efficiently find and use data, Willis Towers Watson's tools, and resources, as well as client-specific information.
- Build relationships internally and collaborate effectively on teams both in the office and virtually across regions.
- Work effectively with colleagues in other Willis Towers Watson offices.
- Further progress on own skills and help others develop skills such as project management, communication skills, and other developmental areas.
- Perform the role of a technical coach to junior colleagues.
- Offer assistance and accept help from others to achieve a common goal and build relationships.
- Encourage integration of differences in a group and recognize the contribution of others through thoughtful and constructive feedback.
- Meet productivity goals.
- Maintain accurate time records.
- Contribute to meeting the KPI for each client.
- Efficient time management to help the business meet its financial targets.
