Job Description

The Senior Financial Analyst II will join a business-facing team of financial analysts with ownership of the accuracy of financial data, including analysis per account and review of business processes driving inaccuracies in financial data.

The role is expected to identify opportunities to optimize performance and efficiency in processes. The position will provide timely and accurate financial results and trends to assist the Senior Financial Analysis Manager in the overall review of financial reports by Centre and by Country.

Duties And Responsibilities
  • Provide value-adding and insightful analysis and narratives on key variances in financial reports.
  • Review and analyze financials; identify issues, provide resolutions, and drive continuous improvement in financial processes.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of Financial Reporting and Analysis packages/reports.
  • Create financial reports and analyses to support key initiatives.
  • Provide support on Group audit, including preparation of reports and audit requirements for auditors.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize performance and efficiency in processes.
  • Ensure process documentation is complete and up to date.
  • Ad-hoc activity/project and back-up/support to other members of the team.
Requirements
  • Experience of financial accounting and reporting in a multinational environment.
  • BS in Accounting or Finance; CPA, CFA, CMA, or CMA preferred.
  • 5+ years working in Finance and Accounting roles.
  • 3+ years working with management reporting and enterprise-wide analytics.
  • Strong technical, financial, and communication skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
  • Solid understanding of accounting theories and practices.
  • Strong commercial sense; preferably with business partnering capability.
  • Structured problem solving and financial modelling capabilities to support analytics requirements.
  • Highly organized, enthusiastic, strong sense of task ownership and responsibilities.
  • Strong work ethic, team player, remains composed during challenging discussions.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Dynamics and HFM is a plus.
Work Arrangement
  • Hybrid arrangement: 8 days per month onsite, which can be twice a week or 8 consecutive days onsite (depending on business needs).
  • Shift schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
  • Equipment: Laptop and other peripherals provided by the company.
