About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Instructional Designer to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative training solutions. As an Instructional Content Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing training course materials using instructional design techniques in conjunction with adult learning theory.

Your expertise in adult learning and instructional design will enable you to craft compelling content that resonates with diverse audiences. You will work closely with subject matter experts to develop assessments, job aids, and other learning resources that support and analyze learning effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop training courses and job aids for instructor-led and online delivery
  • Design and create various materials, applying fundamental research skills to instructional design projects
  • Assess current training content and drive improvements in its display and distribution
Requirements
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Experience with creative use of instructional design technologies
  • Expertise in adult learning and all aspects of instructional design for various formats
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills
  • Hands-on experience with mobile devices, tablets, computers, digital cameras, televisions, home audio, and/or appliances preferred
  • Understanding of next-generation technologies related to cloud, mobile, social, or big data
