Customer Support Expert

The Customer Support Expert will be responsible for handling all incoming phone calls with courtesy and professionalism, ensuring the resolution of client concerns/inquiries whenever possible. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a customer-centric mindset.
Key Responsibilities:- Answer inbound customer calls and effectively respond to customer inquiries.
- Handle all incoming phone calls with courtesy and professionalism.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, High School Diploma, or Senior High School Diploma in any course.
- Fresh Grad / Entry Level specializing in Sales - Telesales/Telemarketing or equivalent.
- Good communication skills.
- Able to multitask and is comfortable working with computer-based applications.
Salary: PHP 20,000.00, above average customer-centric skillset, willingness to work in VXI Bridgetowne.
