Affiliate Growth Manager

Tap is seeking a highly skilled Affiliate Growth Manager to join our team. This role requires at least 3 years of experience in managing and scaling affiliate partnerships with proven success.

  • Primary responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with key influencers, managing negotiations, onboarding, and paperwork for smooth integration, analyzing performance data and providing actionable recommendations, developing promotional campaigns to maximize ROI, tracking and optimizing affiliate performance using internal data, staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, identifying emerging influencers and opportunities.
Key Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience with verifiable results (working with media, celebrities, or influencers)
  • Proven ability to build and manage affiliate partnerships that drive ROI
  • Strong understanding of CPA models, conversion rates, LTV, and campaign performance tracking
  • Excellent relationship management and communication skills
  • Fluent, flawless English—both written and spoken
  • Spanish as a second language is a plus, but not mandatory
  • Experience in crypto, fintech, CFD, or trading is highly preferred
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple projects
  • Must be flexible with working hours to coordinate with global partners
