Job Title: Change Expert

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead operational resilience initiatives, part of our COO Operational Design, Control & Resilience team. The team comprises 12 colleagues from diverse international backgrounds, fostering a pleasant and collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive operational resilience strategies, focusing on Global Business Continuity Management, Global Crisis Management, and Resolution.
  • Engage with key stakeholders from Tech, Business, and countries to understand Operational Resilience specifics.
  • Orchestrate complex changes across countries, business lines, and functions, ensuring Operational Resilience.
  • Manage dependencies, risks, and facilitate decision-making while dealing with impediments and stakeholders.
  • Translate business requirements into functional requirements and use cases for the OpRes tool.
  • Maintain and own the OpRes tool backlog.
Requirements:
  • Experience with content-related change in an international context, collaborating across borders and cultures.
  • High resilience, ability to deal with ambiguity, and manage complexity.
  • Proactive, can-do mentality, positive mindset, and organisational sensitivity.
  • Customer focus, ability to build trust, and engagement with key stakeholders at senior levels.
  • Excellent level of English.
