- Maintain a positive work environment and promote new standards.
- Oversee the cleanliness and organization of dining and buffet areas.
- Manage time effectively and meet all job responsibilities.
- Check the flow of dishes and food quality, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Follow inventory control procedures to reduce product loss.
- Effectively lead service operations in the absence of the Operations Manager.
Requirements: Proficiency in all areas of service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
