Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a procurement professional to work closely with our stakeholders and contribute to the development and implementation of procurement policies and processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Audit and review procurement systems to ensure compliance and proper operation.
  • Ensure established and approved procurement policies and procedures are complied with.
  • Including design, policy formulation, and process improvements through data gathering.
  • Drive/support processes into automation and other special projects leading to the efficiency of procurement processes as a result of compliance checking and other internal initiatives.
  • Organize and control the development, codification, and implementation of procurement processes and systems.

Requirements

  • College graduate, preferably in business, supply chain, engineering, or accountancy programs.
  • At least one (1) year of experience in procurement work and/or auditing.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Knowledgeable about using MS Office applications.
  • Good interpersonal, presentation skills, and project management skills.
