Lead Software Development Manager">

As a highly skilled Lead Software Development Manager, you will oversee and elevate the performance of multiple software development projects. You will be a technically adept leader with a strong background in system design, hands-on software development, and coaching engineers toward excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Oversight: Own the success of client projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and meeting quality standards.

  • Technical Supervision: Guide the technical architecture of each project, making sure engineering teams are building the right solutions.

  • Team Management: Directly manage and support a team of engineers, working on different client projects. Identify performance gaps, provide coaching, and promote growth.

  • Reporting: Communicate project health and engineering performance to executive leadership, providing insights and recommendations.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of professional software engineering experience.

  • Strong project management skills with experience in using project management tools.

  • Proficiency in Typescript and React, with a solid understanding of software architecture and design principles.

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a results-driven approach to software development.

  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving project objectives.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with design tools like Figma, enhancing collaboration between the development and design teams.

  • Experience with Python, adding versatility to your technical skill set and contributing to projects requiring a broader range of technologies.
