We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will possess excellent administrative skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

The Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing internal and external communications. This individual will also provide HR support, including recruitment processes, employee records, and onboarding/offboarding procedures.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management and travel arrangements.

  • Support employee engagement activities and company initiatives.
