Job Summary:

The Casino Ambassador is a key role at Universal Hotels and Resorts, Inc. where we are looking for an exceptional individual to create unique memories and build rapport with our guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests at strategic locations and ensuring they have a memorable experience.
  • Maintain knowledge about the property, casino, amenities, and its offerings to provide personalized recommendations.
  • Respond to guest feedback in a timely manner and take appropriate actions to create a positive guest experience.
  • Assist in casino on-site events as a welcome ambassador and/or usher.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support casino marketing operations.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent posture and body proportion are essential for this role.
  • A customer-oriented, pleasing, and charming individual who can speak multiple international languages will be highly valued.
  • Prior experience in the guest-facing front office operations, VIP services, fashion, modeling, hospitality, tourism, or service industry will be an added advantage.
