API Developer Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled API Developer to join our team.

  • Design and develop high-performance APIs using Node.js technologies such as Express.js and Koa.js.
  • Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate API components, ensuring seamless communication and efficient data exchange.
  • Implement effective security protocols, including authentication and authorization mechanisms, to protect sensitive data and prevent unauthorized access.
  • Run diagnostic tests, repair defects, and provide technical support to ensure the stability and reliability of APIs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in software design and development in a test-driven environment.
  • Excellent understanding of JavaScript, web stacks, libraries, and frameworks, including Node.js, React, and Angular.
  • College graduate in Computer Science or related field, with 3+ years of experience in API development.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
