Lead Web Designer Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced lead web designer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to design, maintain and improve various websites and landing pages.

They will collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketers, developers and copywriters to develop a cohesive brand identity.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and maintaining multiple websites and landing pages to enhance online presence.
  • Collaborating with marketing, development and other teams to align on brand messaging and visual identity.
  • Applying creativity and collaboration to support business goals and objectives.

Requirements for this position include:

  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in a design environment, preferably in web design.
  • Proficiency in design and website building software including Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and Webflow.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting with team members across time zones.

Preferred qualifications for this role include:

  • Knowledge of coding for web including CSS, Javascript and HTML5.
  • Understanding of Blockchain technology and Web3 concepts.
  • Experience with Hubspot integrations and form creation.
