Main Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate smooth contracting processes, issue approved documents for signature, and ensure timely returns and uploads within Coupa.
  • Maintain accurate contract details in Coupa, including start dates, alerts for notice periods, and auto-renewal reminders.
  • Conduct thorough financial risk assessments on suppliers using Dun and Bradstreet.
  • Update and maintain accurate supplier information, ensuring timely capture and updating of key details.
  • Efficiently manage PO-exempt supplier lists, notify relevant parties, and resolve issues with stuck POs in Coupa.
  • Provide critical insights and reporting on pending renewals.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to guide procurement policies and Coupa usage.
  • Effectively communicate Procurement Ops updates through internal channels.
  • Produce and distribute essential exception reports.
  • Resolve complex supplier and process queries via Freshservice.
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance and/or Accountancy or equivalent courses.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Procurement or Procure to Pay, with exceptional communication skills.
  • Practical experience with Source to Pay (S2P) platforms, preferably Coupa, with in-depth knowledge of core functionalities and modules.
  • Extensive knowledge of procurement operations processes, including contracting, query management, supplier enablement, and content management.
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders, Global and Local business units, and suppliers.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills for reporting and query management.
  • Highly organized, with excellent time management skills.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changes in scope, direction, and/or timelines.
  • Strong administrative skills, with a focus on process adherence and enforcement.
  • Results-driven and self-motivated.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google.
