Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our QA team, overseeing the management and execution of cross-functional projects across multiple pods. The successful candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, be able to drive tight collaboration among team members, and utilize AI-powered tools to streamline project artifacts and status reporting.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and track internal QA projects and initiatives across multiple pods.
  • Coordinate and drive execution for cross-pod initiatives that require tight collaboration.
  • Work closely with the QA management team to gather updates, escalate risks, and remove blockers.
  • Establish lightweight processes and rituals to keep stakeholders aligned and informed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in program/project management, preferably in a QA or engineering environment.
  • Background in QA, test automation, or engineering.
  • Experience working in a SaaS or tech company.
