Exam Proctor Opportunity

As an Exam Proctor, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the integrity of certification exams. OffSec is dedicated to providing high-quality cybersecurity training and education.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate exam start procedures for approximately 6 students per hour.
  • Verify student identities and conduct security checks to ensure a secure testing environment.
  • Log exam events and report any suspicious activities to maintain exam integrity.
  • Handle system and connectivity issues escalated to support teams to minimize disruptions.
Essential Qualifications
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • College-level education, preferably in IT or a related field.
  • Experience in IT administration is highly valued.
  • Excellent typing skills and ability to troubleshoot web-based tools.
  • Flexible schedule, high ethical standards, and attention to detail.
Technical Requirements
  • Reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 20 Mbps.
  • A secure personal space with residency in Cebu.
