Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to understand relevant laws, regulations, and precedents.
  • Draft and review complex legal documents, such as contracts, agreements, pleadings, briefs, and legal opinions.
  • Negotiate and settle disputes, including mediations, arbitrations, and other alternative dispute resolution processes.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders, leveraging your exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Requirements:

  • Fresh law graduates or new members of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines are welcome to apply.
  • Preferably a member of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines and Certified Public Accountant, although an accounting background is not essential.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are a must.
